CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Of course you can! You may return a product within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided you follow the instructions below and the product is accepted to initiate the return process.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?
Exchanges are NOT possible as part of the online returns procedure.
If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so by placing a new order.
The new order will be created at the prices that are valid on the website at that time.
The prices of promotions or special offers will not be maintained.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PURCHASE MADE ON THE WEBSITE?
A return is very simple. You must send an email to nomadface@qutting-edge.ch, stating the reason for the return and wait for us to confirm the steps.
Please note: The costs for the return shipment are at the expense of the customer. Remember that we do NOT accept returns of used products, that are not in their original packaging and with the original labeling. We do not accept returns of products that have been removed from their packaging or opened.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Used products
- Products that are not in the usual packaging or have been opened
- Products sold as special items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

PROCESSING OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS
When your parcel arrives at our head office, we check the condition of the product.
If everything is in order, we will refund the amount.
You will receive the refund within 72 hours (working days).
We will send you an e-mail when the refund has been made.
You will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If you have received the wrong product, we apologize.

We will contact you to arrange collection and send you the correct product.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?
If you have received a faulty product, we apologize. We may have made a mistake in a production batch and your message will help us to improve it.
To speed up the process, please take several photos showing the fault and send them to nomadface@qutting-edge.ch.
Please provide us with your name, telephone number, order or invoice number and a brief explanation of the error found.
We will get in touch with you. If it is a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for collection and
will send you a new item of clothing.
GIFTS / PRESENT
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of the value of your return. As soon as we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
