Nomad Face® return and exchange policy

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Of course you can! You may return a product within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided you follow the instructions below and the product is accepted to initiate the return process.


CAN I EXCHANGE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?

Exchanges are NOT possible as part of the online returns procedure.
If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so with a new order.
The new order will be created at the prices valid on the website at that time.
Promotions or special offers will not be retained.


HOW CAN I RETURN A PURCHASE MADE ON THE WEBSITE?

A return is very simple:
Send an e-mail to nomadface@qutting-edge.chstating the reason for the return and wait for us to confirm the next steps.

Please note:

  • The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.

  • No returns of used products that are not in original packaging and with original labeling.

  • No returns of opened or used products.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Special items

We require proof of purchase or a receipt to complete your return.


PROCESSING OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS

When your package arrives at our head office, we will check the condition of the product.
If everything is in order, the amount will be refunded within 72 hours (working days).
You will receive an email confirmation and the refund will be made to the same payment method as the purchase.


WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?

Please excuse the error.

We will contact you to organize the collection and shipment of the correct product.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?

Please excuse the error.
There may be a production error.

Please send several photos showing the defect to nomadface@qutting-edge.ch
and include the following information:

  • Your name

  • Your telephone number

  • Your order or invoice number

  • A brief description of the problem

We will get in touch with you. If it is a manufacturing defect, the product will be collected and a replacement sent.


GIFTS / PRESENT

If the item was purchased as a gift, you will receive a gift credit in the amount of the return.
After receiving the item, we will send you a voucher by e-mail.
